Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps

MUCF is the Swedish National Agency for Erasmus+ Youth and Sport and the European Solidarity Corps. This means we inform and communicate about the programmes, as well as handle grant applications.

MUCF is one of two Swedish national agencies for Erasmus+. For questions regarding Erasmus+ Education and Training, please contact the Swedish Council for Higher Education (UHR).

Programme guides

The EU Commission annually publishes programme guides, which inform applicants about the rules and conditions for each grant within the programmes. These are key publications to all applicants:

Centralised grants

Erasmus+ also includes grants that are handled by the Brussels-based European Commission executive agency EACEA.

You can find all the centralised EU grants with links and application deadlines through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal. You can search by filtering by programme:

MUCF support

Projektresan ikonbild

MUCF supports applicants in Sweden through a wide range of activities, such as information sessions, publications and meetings.

To facilitate the application process and support project owners, MUCF launched a new digital platform in January 2026: Projektresan (The Project Journey).

The platform describes the project process from start to finish and it guides applicants and project owners using practical advice and resources.

Users can follow the process by clicking on different sections in Projektresan, depending on where they are in the process - new to the programmes or experienced project owners. The platform was created through consultations with previous applicant experiences and experts who handle EU applications.

The power of the programmes

The EU Commission presents details and outcomes of projects within Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps on two digital platforms. This is where you can scroll through different kinds of projects for knowledge and inspiration:
